Making donations to YOUngSteps Kenya through the website www.youngsteps-kenya.org implies acceptance of the Terms of Use detailed below. To use the website in good conditions, we recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions as well as any changes to the www.youngsteps-kenya.org website without prior notice. By visiting the Terms and Conditions page, you can always read the most recent version of these provisions.
Your registration obligations
In order to make donations to YOUng Steps Kenya Association on www.youngsteps-kenya.org, you must enter your details on our website.
In using the service, you declare that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
In the event that we consider that this obligation has been breached, we reserve the right to block your access to use the service, for a fixed or indefinite period, without prior notice.

Privacy Policy
Personal data may be disclosed without your consent in case of disputes/disputes regarding payment fraud to the following recipients: Banks involved in online payments, International Card Organizations and Service/Product Providers, respectively according to the Law, to the authorized institutions.
In accordance with the provisions of Law no.677/200, our customers have the following rights,:
1. Right to information (art.12)
2. The right to access to data (art.13) – the right to obtain, upon request and free of charge, for one request per year, confirmation that data concerning them are or are not processed by the data controller.
3. Right to intervention (Article 14) – the right to request the data controller, by written request and free of charge, the following:
- rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully processed data;
- the transformation of unlawful personal data into anonymous data;
- notifying third parties of the operations referred to in points a) and b).
4. Right to object (Article 15) – the right to object, free of charge and by written request, on justified and legitimate grounds relating to his/her particular situation, to the processing of data concerning him/her.
5. Right to take legal recourse (Article 18) – the right to take legal action to defend rights guaranteed by law that have been infringed.6. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Article 25).
Litigation
By using the online payment system to make donations through electronic payment systems, the user acknowledges that Romanian law will govern the above Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and YOUng Steps Kenya. In the event of any disputes between YOUng Steps Kenya and its donors, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably within a minimum of 30 working days.
If amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in the competent court according to the Romanian laws in force.
Return of donated amounts
If for personal reasons you wish to withdraw the donated amount, please contact us providing all the transaction data as they will be sent to you by the payment operator. The return of the donated amount will be made exclusively by the method by which the transfer was made (e.g.: return to credit/debit card, bank account, Stripe account).
We do not accept returns to other accounts or other payment methods (e.g. cash).
We do not return amounts later than 30 calendar days from the date the transaction was executed.
The return of amounts will be made in full where possible. If for logistical reasons (e.g. bank charges) the return of the amount involves costs for YOUngs Steps Kenya, these will be deducted from the original amount donated.
Miscellaneous
If any of the above clauses are found to be void or invalid for any reason whatsoever, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. By making a donation, the customer accepts the Terms and Conditions and their value is the same as a valid contract.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions the customer fully assumes all rights and obligations arising from the use of www.youngsteps-kenya.org.
The Youngsteps-kenya.org website – https://youngsteps-kenya.org/ – and all its sub-pages (in the form https://youngsteps-kenya.org/pagina) – (hereinafter referred to as “SITE”) is designed to provide information of general interest.
By using the SITE and by using materials presented on the SITE (whether hosted on the SITE or on external sites), you agree to the terms and conditions below.
